HOLIDAY NOTICE:

Our Alpharetta office will be closed Monday, May 26, 2025, in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Dr. Miller will be travelling for the holiday and out of office Thursday, May 22 - Friday, May 30.

Portal messages will be addressed by Destiny (medical assistant) and Brenda (nurse practitioner) while Dr. Miller is away. Messages received after 3PM on Friday, May 23 will be addressed on Tuesday, May 27.

Please allow 72 business hours for portal messages to be answered. If you have an urgent concern please call 770-674-2426 or if outside of our business hours please go to urgent care or the emergency room. 

Prior to each appointment please make sure to check the 'Questionnaires' tab and complete any in your list.

If you are receiving an error message that there is no matching medication or supplement found, please send a secure message. to your provider with details about the medication or supplement you want to add.

If you are experiencing some other issue, please let us know what issue you are having regarding medications and supplements. The more detailed you are in your description the better we can help you.
