IMPORTANT:
We are in the process of transitioning ALL memberships to subscriptions. If you enrolled as a member last summer and have already passed the 6 month mark your subscription will be extended until you have reached 12 payments (OR you notify us to discontinue prior to that time but you will lose benefits) and then discontinued. If you enrolled as a member after September your membership commitment was for a TWELVE month term and your subscription will expire at 12 months. Please check out the website for ongoing HEALTH MAINTENANCE pkg options that offer similar benefits for 6 months or 12 months but are pre-paid to save you money and lower our fees and admin costs. www.millerfunctionalmedicine.com
