Plan ahead - Dr. Miller will be out of town July 2-8 over the 4th of July weekend. Brenda Borton, NP will have some limited availability to answer portal questions during that time frame.
Please allow 72 business hours for portal messages to be answered. If you have an urgent concern please call 770-674-2426 or if outside of our business hours please go to urgent care or the emergency room.
Prior to each appointment please make sure to check the 'Questionnaires' tab and complete any in your list.
